News & Observer: Famous Toastery Continues North Carolina Expansion

Famous Toastery is continuing its rapid growth in North Carolina.

According The News & Observer, Franchisee Dean Kessel has signed on to further develop the brand, and has plans to open nine locations over the next five years in various markets. Kessel has operated a Famous Toastery location in Cary since 2014 and hopes to continue that success with this new development. 

“We’re a premium offering,” Kessel told the News & Observer. “You have to put yourself in the right demographic. Waverly has been great for that.”

Famous Toastery's menu boasts a variety of freshly made breakfast and lunch items. Kessel hopes to bring this menu to two markets per year for the development.
