Albuquerque Business First: JAN-PRO Positively Impacts Locals with Business Opportunities

Patricia Bustillos turns her life around after joining the JAN-PRO team

JAN-PRO Franchisee Patricia Bustillos came to America for a better life after being a victim of domestic violence. After speaking with Sophia Guido, New Mexico's JAN-PRO Master Owner, she was intrigued by the opportunity to be her own boss and set her own hours.

Not only did JAN-PRO provide Bustillos with independence and her own business but she also gained a mentor with Sophia Guido. Guido told Albuquerque Business First that her "mentorship philosophy is based off the best piece of advice she's ever received and something she tries to emulate every day: be the kind of boss you would want to work for."

"We come from the idea that we know what it's like to try to feed your kids that day," Guido told the Albuquerque Business First reporter. "We saw so many people who just wanted to feed their family."
