Why do you love franchising?
I love franchising because it allows entrepreneurs to have the best of both worlds. You can run and own your own business, but you also benefit from adopting a strong system with a team to back and support you. When you buy a franchise, you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Instead you adopt a proven system. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of starting your own business.

What is the top challenge facing young people in franchising?
I would say one of the major challenges is finding a franchise concept that you are passionate about. When you buy a franchise, you are making a long commitment. You want to make sure the concept is something you are excited about, believe in, and will continue to be excited about as you run your franchise. Passion goes a long way and it will help you overcome any obstacles that you will inevitably encounter.

What is your dream position/goal?
I am actually in my dream position! I always wanted to be a part of a successful company that makes a difference in our community. I have my wish! I am part of a fast-growing franchise that changes the lives of students all across the country. We have a great team, and a great purpose. My goal is to help lead our company to have 100 units nationwide. We are well on our way!
