With two new franchises opening just this year, Chester County, Pennsylvania residents are enjoying the outdoors again.

When Chester County residents are looking to beat the bugs in order to enjoy the outdoors safely throughout the summer season, they have a new option this year as two Mosquito Joe* franchises have opened doors in the area.
 
Mosquito Joe protects customers yards with a barrier spray, keeping them mosquito and tick free for weeks at a time. With Chester County having the highest number of Lyme Disease cases than any other in the country, the relief is welcomed.
 
“We’re able to target where the spray goes because we wear backpacks fitted with a dispensing hose and nozzle. We easily avoid flowering plants and bushes, where bees like to congregate. We don’t want a situation like the big bee kill in South Carolina last summer," said Jeff Huckabee, Mosquito Joe franchisee, to the the publication.
 
As the Chester County franchisees look towards the colder season, their seasonal business will take on a new role in the community. Rubin and Huckabee will spend the off-season educating business owners, school officials and more about the dangers of mosquito borne illness and the benefits of Mosquito Joe's service.
