Lennys Grill & Subs has recently unveiled North Texas expansion and Sean Fitzgerald, No Limit Agency*'s chief development strategist, shared his insight on how they can succeed in the market.
“People are becoming more selective about what they choose to eat rather than just choosing a number on a menu,” Fitzgerald told Crain's Dallas.
His experience includes working on the Quizno's team, a competitor of Lennys. He provided optimism for Lennys as it develops a greater Dallas-Fort Worth presence.
