Nominator’s rationale: “Paul has held executive positions with two leading franchise broker networks as former president of Franchise Brokers Association and former CEO of The Entrepreneur’s Source. 2022 represents Paul’s 40th year in franchising.”

Paul says after 40 years in the industry, over-capitalism and an unsupportive family can lead to disaster for a franchisee. He also says franchisors would be wise to listen to their franchisees.
