Adweek: Influencer Marketing Is Going Mainstream With Facebook’s Upcoming Tool

The new search tool will make it easier for brands to find the perfect influencer for partnerships.

Last week, Facebook announced the launch of their Brand Collabs Manager. According to Adweek, the new tool will impact the future of advertising on the social network. Brands will now be able to search on the Brand Collabs Manager using the audience they want to reach and the tool will point them to an influencer that fits their needs. The platform will continue to focus on targeted, personalized advertising and help brands find creators whose audience matches everything from location to homeowner status.  

The tool is currently only launching on Facebook, but will likely move to Facebook-owned Instagram in the future. The launch of the Facebook Creator app and this new search tool shows that the future of consumer marketing is influencer partnerships.
