Ben & Jerry’s has partnered with Jimmy Fallon and NBC’s The Tonight Show to release the latest flavor in their pop culture-inspired ice cream names, fittingly named The Tonight Dough.

The festive flavor consists of chocolate and caramel ice creams with chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough and a crunchy chocolate cookie swirl. The flavor reveal comes at a perfect time for the well-loved and funny late-night host; he just finished his first full season as host of The Tonight Show and was named “Entertainer of the Year" by Entertainment Weekly (as well as King of the Internet by 1851).

In true Fallon form, the funnyman will be donating all proceeds from the sales of the flavor to the non-profit organization SeriousFun Children’s Network, which provides camps and programs to children with serious illnesses and their families.

This is Fallon’s second flavor, his debut being Late Night Snack while he was host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The flavor will be rolled out at franchise locations nationwide.
