Chili’s Appoints New President

Former president Wyman Roberts will return to the role, replacing Kellie Valade.

Chili’s has announced that Kelli Valade has stepped down from the role of President for the full-service franchise. According to a recent article in RestaurantNews.com, the executive is leaving the brand in order to serve as CEO and president of TDn2K LLC, an analytics firm. Chili’s will replace Valade with former president Wyman Roberts, who most recently served as CEO of parent company Brinker International Inc.

“Kelli is the right leader to help us to continue to build a world-class company committed to being a model and a catalyst to help our members balance people, profits and purpose,” said Wally Doolin, co-founder of TDn2K LLC.

Valade’s resume includes work at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, the former parent company of TGI Fridays as well as On The Border.
