Cincinnati Business Courier: Buffalo Wings & Rings Continues International Expansion

The Cincinnati-based chain plans growth in the Middle East and beyond.

The first five months of 2017 will include a lot of firsts for Cincinnati-based Buffalo Wings & Rings on the international stage.

As reported recently by the Cincinnati Business Courier, the elevated sports restaurant brand will open their first of three locations in Pakistan and the first of five locations in Palestine in March, followed by their first European location in Cypress in April, and finally the first Egypt location in May.

"It's a Cincinnati brand, but it's global. It translates," Haytham David, International President & CEO at Buffalo Wings & Rings, told the Cincinnati Business Courier. "It's not a specialty item like a Gold Star or Skyline, it's universal – it's chicken. And then you throw in sports – everybody loves sports – and Americanized classic rock."

The brand plans to continue international expansion while growing in the U.S. and aims to reach 90 locations by the end of 2017.
