The Express-Times: GYMGUYZ Launches Confidence Campaign

GYMGUYZ in the Lehigh Valley area is hoping to foster renewed confidence in local students.

According to The Express-Times, GYMGUYZ Franchisee Aaron Behrens has launched the Confidence Campaign with the goal of using fitness to help children who are in need of a self esteem boost, as nominated by local parents and teachers.

"We felt we could make an impact collectively in how to deal with bullying," GYMGUYZ Franchisee Aaron Behrens told The Express-Times. "It is a way to positively impact these kids' lives through teamwork, fun dedication and helping them feel good about themselves."

The selected winner will receive three months of free personal training on a weekly basis, and all nominees will be eligible for group training sessions at a reduced rate.
