DNA Info Chicago: Bridgeport Buffalo Wings & Rings to Raise Money for Polar Plunge

The brand has pledged to raise $10,000 for Chicago’s Polar Plunge event.

Buffalo Wings & Rings is participating in this weekend's Special Olympics Illinois Polar Plunge in Chicago. After raising $5,000 for the cause last year, the Bridgeport restaurant has doubled its donation goal for 2017.

In addition to hosting fundraisers for Special Olympics, Buffalo Wings & Rings has other charitable events taking place in March. The restaurant has started a partnership volunteering with the Greater Chicago Food Depository and will also be raising money for the V Foundation during NCAA's March Madness.
