Vishal Patel's Which Wich restaurant is set to open April 10 in Orland Park. The restaurant marks Patel's entrance into the world of franchising, and he's excited to do so with a such a great brand. 

He was first drawn to the unique ordering style and has found that it boosts customer satisfaction.

“You mark down what you want and we will customize it for you,” he told Patch. “If you are not satisfied you will get a full refund and we will re-make your order.”
