QSR Magazine: Growing Fresh To Order Leans on its Rich History in Franchising

With 11 units in development, Fresh To Order is expecting to have 17 locations open for business by the end of the year.

Steady growth has always been the name of the game for Fresh To Order since it was founded in 2006. And when it comes to its sourcing partners, the brand relies on regional suppliers for its ingredients, according to a recent QSR Magazine article.

As many fast-casual 2.0 brands are steering away from the franchise model, Fresh To Order is focusing on franchising for its success by learning from its executives’ experiences. The brand’s founder and CEO, Pierre Panos, is a veteran Papa John’s franchisee and therefore gives the company a history in franchising and using the model for growth.

"With the introduction of our new Salmon Burger and new Grilled Salmon Chef Small Plate, we start 2017 as we ended 2016: continuing to be the leaders in providing guests flavorful, scratch-made authentic items," said Panos.
