The Cleaning Authority, one of North America’s leading home cleaning franchise brands with more than 25 years of success, is launching an unprecedented program to help ambitious entrepreneurs achieve business success in their hometown markets.

As many franchise systems continue to work with banks to help fund candidates, The Cleaning Authority is blazing a new trail by actively funding candidates themselves with up to $12,000 in start-up fees. The launch of this innovative program is in conjunction with The Cleaning Authority’s unveiling of their new HomeTown Markets initiative.

The Cleaning Authority’s HomeTown Markets are slightly smaller-than-traditional Enterprise Markets, with a franchise fee of up to $24,000, and the opportunity still provides franchisees with the same unrestricted access to proprietary tools, technology systems, corporate marketing and lead generation resources. Franchise fees are further reduced by 25 percent for veterans through The Cleaning Authority’s partnership with VetFran.

“We know that there are energetic and driven franchise candidates who may not be in the financial position to buy a business, but are more than qualified to own one,” said Iric Wexler, Vice President of Franchise Development. “With our financial help, these determined and focused future business owners can build their own rewarding career paths.”

By further utilizing discounts offered through the VetFran program and targeting hometown markets across the U.S., The Cleaning Authority’s adapted model and financing options will allow for further brand expansion while bringing franchise locations into new territories.

“We provide a simple service to the consumer, while utilizing sophisticated systems that allow franchisees to achieve scalable results,” said Wexler. “Every home needs cleaning, so the growth opportunities across your market are unparalleled in the franchise industry and you don’t have to purchase brick-and-mortar locations to develop scale. Our unit economics are strong largely because our system is ambitious and we excel at optimizing efficiencies.”

Though most prospective franchisees have never considered owning a maid service, The Cleaning Authority carries a unique financial appeal. Residential cleaning is a growing industry that can create lucrative opportunities. Development Center.

“Our franchisees start generating business ambitiously on day one,” said Wexler. “We are looking for business-minded franchisees who want to use all the tools we supply and leverage all the infrastructure we’ve developed to achieve a level of success that compounds through incremental growth, so they can ultimately enjoy the lifestyle they create and from which they benefit.”

With a presence in 39 states, coast to coast, and Michigan, Ohio, Florida and Texas, each boasting more than 10 franchisees across the state, the brand will focus continued expansion across the entire U.S., in new markets and further balloon out from markets with existing brand recognition.
