Fast Casual: Creamistry continues California expansion

Creamistry's liquid nitrogen ice cream is coming to Glendora, California. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, this opening will mark the brand's latest expansion within the state. 

"The brand has achieved so much recognition already throughout Southern California with Creamistry's natural and organic choices and remarkable atmosphere, I am confident that the Glendora community will welcome our concept with open arms as well," said PJ Singh, the new location's owner.

Creamistry has been around since 2013. This unique ice cream concept was inspired by founder Jay Yim's experience in Korea, where he saw a street vendor crafting liquid nitrogen ice cream. Over the years, Yim has experimented with hundreds of flavor combinations.
