Fast Casual: Mississippi Back Yard Burgers franchisee opens Ohio unit

The brand is celebrating the grand opening with a multi-day event which includes an opportunity to donate to No Kid Hungry.

Back Yard Burgers has officially opened its doors in Columbus, Ohio. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand is celebrating this growth milestone with a multi-day grand opening event that will run through Saturday.

The festivities of the location, which will be owned and operated by franchisee Josh Powell, will include the option to donate to charity. Guests will have the opportunity to provide donations for No Kid Hungry to benefit the local community.

"We want to show our gratitude to those that serve and those in need, Our heroes can enjoy Back Yard Burgers flamed-grilled 100 percent Black Angus beef burgers, its famous seasoned fries and hand-dipped milkshakes for 50 percent off the regular price on April 25," said Powell.
