Fast Casual: Fazoli's 9th Missouri store reopens 1 year, 1 fire later

The Poplar Bluff, Missouri Fazoli's location will reopen next week. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand was forced to close the location in May 2017 following a fire that occurred in-store. The location has been rebuilt with the brand's new design and will include a drive-thru option. 

"I am thrilled to be bringing Fazoli's back to the Poplar Bluff area as the brand is so well-known and beloved in the community," said franchisee Jack Puckett.

The restaurant will feature the brand's new, streamlined menu. This means that it will be serving up dishes using premium ingredients and will include an assortment of new dishes for guests to try. These include but are not limited to spicy penne pasta and brownie gelato sundaes.
