What makes your franchise development site great?

It’s simple, but full of great information like market availability, recent news, and franchisee testimonials that franchise candidates are seeking when they visit a development site. Our lead submission form is prominently featured in multiple points throughout the site for easy access.

What do you want franchise prospects to know about your brand when researching it?

We’d like them to get a feel for our brand personality, how the development process works, and what franchisees, Guests, and industry experts alike are saying about the great momentum of our brand.

How should franchise sales professionals and executives evaluate their development site?

Outside of updating content to remain current, franchise sales professionals should be engaged in the site metrics of their development site to ensure that traffic, engagement, and conversions are maintaining or increasing at all times.

What are the most important KPIs around a development site?

Traffic, conversions (lead submissions), and audience statistics (ensuring you’re receiving traffic/leads from the target areas where you are allocating your budget).

What should brands budget for a franchise development site?

Around $10k for a new build, plus the time of an employee to be able to review on a regular basis an update as needed. This does not include money intended to drive traffic to this site from outside advertising efforts.
