QSR Magazine: Select Burger Kings are Letting Guests Swap Competitor's Fries for Onion Rings

Burger King has announced a unique promotion for National Onion Ring Day. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, the brand is offering guests a trade. Those who bring in fries from a competitor's restaurant today will receive a free serving of Burger King's onion rings. 

This promotion is an opportunity for the brand to highlight a key point of differentiation. Very few of the franchise's competitors offer onion rings as a permanent menu fixture.

This promotion will be offered at specified locations in Chicago, New York, California and Massachusetts. The offer will be valid until midnight tonight.
