Franchisee Mark Barbour is bringing Zoup! to New Jersey for the first time ever. Barbour brings a unique background to his latest business venture, from his 34 years with an AMLAW 100 law firm in New York City to his role as founder of Manhattan’s only adult recreational roller hockey league in 2007.
“We’re thrilled to introduce Zoup!’s award-winning recipes to The Garden State,” Barbour told QSR Magazine. “We look forward to spreading our passion for serving delicious handcrafted soups in a warm and welcoming environment with the people of Flemington.”
Barbour, who purchased rights for the restaurant along with his wife, is aiming to open his first restaurant this spring.
