How does culture impact the overall success of a brand? For Office Evolution, culture is everything. Since beginning to franchise in 2012, the brand has grown to more than 50 locations across the U.S. and shows no sign of slowing down. According to CEO and Founder Mark Hemmeter, Office Evolution's family-oriented culture or "Ohana" has been a big contributor to its growth. He recently connected with Franchising World to explain why.

"Many people believe that the relationship between the franchisee and the franchisor is a two-way street; we see it as more of a triangle. We have ongoing communication with our franchisees, but our franchisees are also there to support other franchisees. The Office Evolution culture is all about family and helping people as they need it," said Hemmeter to Franchising World reporter Matt Wiggins.
