Fresno Bee: It's A Grind Coffee House Eyes Fresno for Development

President of Retail Food Group Brian Balconi speaks on why Fresno is a desirable market for the brand

It's A Grind was founded in California and is preparing to make a big push in Central Valley to create a larger presence in the area. In Central Valley, It's A Grind is working on placing 10 to 15 sites in the region, with several fitting in Fresno, specifically. 

The brand is working on selecting a franchisee to jumpstart its regional expansion plans. 

Right now, the coffee franchise has 16 stores open across Southern and Northern California, with two open out of state, as well.
