Leitchfield Readies for Rally's Opening
The up-and-coming burger chain continues rapid expansion.
The highly anticipated Rally’s in Leitchfield, Kentucky, is set to open Tuesday, Sept. 29.
Located at 511 S. Main St., the up-and-coming fast food chain is owned by franchisees Rajiv Johar and Jerry Holt. This will be the duo’s third Rally’s location, with the other two restaurants operating in Glasgow and Campbellsville, Kentucky.
"Jerry and Rajiv have a wealth of experience in this business," said Jennifer Dunham, Checkers* and Rally’s vice president of franchise development. "We’re excited to be working with them."
According to Durham, the brand currently has 809 locations nationwide, and the franchise provides a high return on investment. Serving "craveable foods," Rally's serves options that include burgers, chicken wings, handmade milk shakes and seasoned fries. Durham told the Grayson Record that Rally's is "very much a late night brand," with more than 20 percent of its business coming after 10 p.m.
Currently in the hiring process, the restaurant will feature a single drive-thru design with a "double drive-thru experience" Durham said.
"We’re just a little bit behind schedule, but it’s common in this business," Durham said. "It’s game-time now. Based on the construction photos I’ve seen, I fully anticipate (the restaurant) will be up and running soon."
