"For years, I would pass by the Bi-State Plaza in Old Tappan and always get that feeling that it was a great place to open a business," Kaminskas told The Record & Herald News. "How can anybody drive through Old Tappan and not want to be part of it?" After helping out his Dunkin' Donuts partner Tom Maschia out at his Garwood MOOYAH, Kaminskas was sold on the concept. At MOOYAH, Guests build their perfect burger with a completely customizable menu featuring a wide variety of bun, topping, sauce, patty and cheese options.
"The simplicity of the menu is perhaps in the eye of the beholder. After all, with all our options in proteins, veggies and sauces, there are over a million ways to enjoy your burger," says Kaminskas. "The ability to create your own burger is the ability to let your taste buds dance to the song in which it loves."
Kaminskas' Old Tappan MOOYAH is only the second in New Jersey for the rapidly growing brand, but he's sure residents will love the company's atmosphere.
"We have a culture that is all about family - both with our staff and our guest," he says. "The other major differentiator with our brand is the quality of our product."
