For more than three decades, Cincinnati-based franchise Penn Station East Coast Subs has built a brand spanning more than 300 locations across 15 states behind the vision of founder, Jeff Osterfeld, to provide guests a consistently quality experience.

“We strongly believe that the smartest growth play is to expand in concentric circles outside of Cincinnati,” Penn Station President Craig Dunaway told Deal Crunch. “When we grow into a new market, there are three things we need: logistics, which is getting the food there, brand recognition, and then our oversight.”
