Franchising.com reports that Penn Station East Coast Subs once again joined Elara in its One Case • One Meal program for hunger relief, providing 1,325 meals to people struggling with hunger last year. Over three years, Penn Station has provided 8,045 meals in total through the partnership.
The publication states that for each case of Elara products purchased by Penn Station, the company donates the financial equivalent of one meal to a food bank of the sub franchise’s choosing.
“We were once again thrilled to continue to partner with Elara’s One Case • One Meal program and support the Inter Parish Ministry,” Craig Dunaway, president of Penn Station East Coast Subs told Franchising.com. “Their mission to end hunger is a wonderful cause that we are happy to continue to support.”
