One way the brand with advance is by incorporating online ordering pick-up windows at select locations. This will help to streamline the ordering process and make picking up to-go orders even easier. The brand will also implement mobile ordering stations within newer models of the restaurant to boost overall convenience. This change will help Capriotti's capitalize on the growing popularity of to-go dining by offering an easy and high-tech option. 

Bloom explained, "We are always striving to meet and exceed the demands and expectations of our consumers, which is the primary motivator for focusing on mobile ordering and tech."
