San Luis Obispo Tribune: Sylvan Learning Expands Presence in California with Franchisee Matthew Shea's Location

Sylvan Learning franchisee Matthew Shea, his Center Director Philip Toriello, and Sylvan Learning VP of Franchise Development Georgia Chasen spoke to the San Luis Obispo Tribune about the new location opening in San Luis Obispo.

Shea is a longtime educator, and he and Toriello are looking forward to helping the community.

“We’re looking to create a really inspiring environment,” Toriello said in a phone interview with the San Luis Obispo Tribune. “We aren’t just looking to bring kids in and get them to their grade level. We’re looking to create an experience where kids love to learn, with teachers that love to teach.”
