“It’s our initiative for 2016. Nontraditional locations were not a strong focus before but they are definitely now… It’s the next logical step for us," Elam said.
Every year up to 24 locations become available in the airport.
“There are some airports where there are 28 restaurants at each particular terminal and some that have only two or three,” Elam said. “We’re trying to figure out where they are in that process and getting in at the right time.”
