Sobelmans Pub & Grill Info

About Sobelmans Pub & Grill

Sobelmans Pub & Grill began its journey to the top in Milwaukee in 1999. Focusing on quality ingredients and local suppliers, the brand quickly became a favorite across the city, receiving recognition both locally and nationally as one of the best restaurants for a great burger and Bloody Mary. With three locations open in Milwaukee, Sobelman’s Pub & Grill is franchising the concept to bring its authentic experience to neighborhoods across America.

Food With A Cult-Like Following

Long before Milwaukee even knew what a “better-burger” was, Sobelmans has been dishing out fresh, not frozen Black Angus beef patties on fresh-baked country rolls accompanied with flavorful, quality toppings for a mouth-watering experience. By lifting a simple hamburger from something that’s good to something that’s extraordinary, Sobelman helped to create the better burger before it ever existed.

But Sobelman’s quest to reinvent Milwaukee’s dining options extended beyond the food, too—particularly the restaurant’s Bloody Mary’s. The Bloody Mary menu has eight signature concoctions, like the Bloody Beast—the towering catchall Bloody Mary that includes all of the possible garnishes on the menu (cheeseburger sliders, celery, mushrooms, olives, asparagus, cheeseballs, shrimp, pepperoni and more). Atop it all sits an entire golden-brown fried chicken. The restaurant’s outlandish concoctions have helped the brand gain national recognition.
