Springfield News-Leader: Lenny's Grill & Subs Looks to Open Springfield, Missouri Location

The brand hopes to have a franchise open in the area within the next six to nine months.

Lenny's Subs is looking to reunite with Springfield. The sub shop, which is known for its Philly cheesesteaks and premium deli subs, is looking to reestablish a presence in the area.

"We pretty much have (Springfield) surrounded," said Bob Ritter, Lenny's vice president of franchise and market development, citing stores in metro Kansas City, Tulsa and Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Ritter would like to see the first Springfield location open within the next six to nine months.
