Success is in the details, and for Maid Right franchisees Eric Freeman and Shannon Hunter, those details are helping clean up the competition and make people feel great about their homes throughout the greater Frisco, Tex., community.

"The most important part of our job is attention to detail, which helps us maintain high customer satisfaction," said Freeman in a recent article by the Frisco Enterprise. "The fact that we are an owner-operator model also means we don't just hire people to clean, we also clean ourselves. This also helps us build better relationships with our customers and ultimately serve them better. We want to become a household name in Collin County by putting our highest focus on excellent customer service."

A subsidiary of Premium Franchise Brands, parent company to one of the highest rated franchises in the world, JAN-PRO, this power couple is looking to use this franchise model to make a difference in their community and the Maid Right system.

"We want to become a household name in Collin County by putting our highest focus on excellent customer service," Freeman went on to say in the Frisco Enterprise article. "We plan to leverage that reputation to become the largest franchisees in the Maid Right system, and ultimately become master franchisees in Texas."

Bold expectations backed by a bold brand, it will be interesting to see how Maid Right grows throughout the Dallas area in the next few years.
