After 20 years of serving franchise brands in a multitude of home office and franchisee roles, I am now lucky enough to serve the franchise community in a consulting capacity. At M Squared Franchise Consulting, we offer franchise development services to franchisors, from project work such as launching or renewing a franchise development department (including consultation on technology, automation, process, FDD, staffing, reporting, and marketing,) to ongoing marketing and candidate management.
