TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Ramps up Hiring Efforts as Home Sales Increase
Jon Nobis, CEO of America’s largest moving franchise, spoke with FOX Business about a heightened demand for moving amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Home sales are on the incline and moving companies are busier than ever.
According to FOX Business, home sales in March, April and May declined resulting in many families delaying their moving plans. Now, the season has started much later in the year, and the demand is causing companies like TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to hire more movers in an effort to fulfill COVID moving needs.
“This year we’ve seen August represent what we would typically see in June,” TWO MEN AND A TRUCK CEO Jon Nobis told FOX Business. “Since we missed that busy hiring and ramp up season in early spring, we’re now trying to retain and hire more movers to keep up with the demand nationwide.”
