Building on existing success, the nation's largest Verizon Wireless retailer looks to add 50 locations to its system in 2018
Since the launch of the concept in 1988, the nation’s largest wireless retail franchise, Wireless Zone, has grown to 350 locations across the U.S. Within just the past year, the brand opened 30 new locations, diving into new markets and strengthening its existing presence in Tyrone, Penn., Sturgis, Mich., Gardner, Mass. and Houston, Tex. To continue this strong growth trajectory and meet the growing demand for its services, Wireless Zone has invested in multi-unit franchise owners who will kick-start growth in high-priority states like Connecticut, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania

In addition to being the expert resource, Wireless Zone franchisees strive to become an integral member of each community they serve. Almost every location participates in the Culture of Good’s annual School Rocks Backpack Giveaway event. This year, participating Wireless Zone and TCC stores donated more than 172,000 backpacks full of school supplies to ensure underprivileged students were prepared for the school year. In addition to the backpack event, Wireless Zone also donated $10,000 to the American Red Cross for Hurricane Harvey disaster relief efforts.
