Dave Bogart, owner of three Wireless Zone stores in New York, was recently named "Franchisee of the Year" at the brand's national convention. This is the second time Bogart has received the prestigious award. He connected with reporter Connor Hoffman at the Lockport Journal to talk about this recognition and how he's managed to build a strong culture that resonates with his customers across five stores.
"I really want the customers to be valued and to feel that. So we all know how hard it is to hire people we always feel it's hard to get good people. It's even tougher for a business like ours because people depend so much on their cell phones that when their cell phones don't work they're rightfully frustrated with that," Bogart said to the Lockport Journal. "So you need people that are good sales people and that are good at taking care of customers with their needs."
