Sonic Releases Six New Creamery Shakes

Fans of Sonic Drive-In now have six new shake flavors to choose from thanks to the brand’s new line of Creamery Shakes. The new flavors include Vanilla Bean, Buttered Toffee, Dark Chocolate, Bourbon Brown Sugar, Dulce De Leche, and Wildberry & Lavender. Customers can take advantage of Sonic’s “Shake Break” where shakes are half-priced after 8 p.m. every night. The new shakes will be available all summer long.

Menchie’s Partners with PEEPS

This spring, Menchie’s fans will be able to enjoy PEEPS-inspired frozen yogurt. In addition to the sweet treat, fans will also have a chance to win a free year of frozen yogurt, a giant PEEPS plush or Menchie’s gift card from the brand’s Marshmallow Mania Sweepstakes. The new PEEPS-inspired marshmallow-flavored fro-yo and snack-sized PEEPS chicks toppings will be available through March 31, 2016.

Dairy-Free Cheese is Now Available at Pie Five

Pie Five Pizza is now offering a dairy-free cheese option. The blended mozzarella and cheddar vegan shredded cheese is from Daiya Classic Blend Shreds. The new cheese will accompany the brand’s existing line of vegan-friendly crusts, sauces and toppings. The Daiya Classic Blend Shreds will be available t every location by the last week of March.

Jeff Little Named SVP of Development for Del Taco

Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. has appointed Jeff Little as the Senior Vice President of Development for the Mexican-American QSR chain. In this role, Little will oversee the company’s development efforts and franchise sales. Little is stepping into this role as the brand is looking to continue its national presence.
