Burger King Spices Up Chicken Fries
The Chicken Fries from Burger King are getting a spicy upgrade. The brand has introduced the new Fiery Chicken Fries. The new Chicken Fries recipe will feature cayenne and black pepper for an extra spicy kick. The Fiery Chicken Fries will be available for a limited one-month run, and if fans enjoy the new kick, they may return to the menu.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill Now Offering Brunch
Nutella French Toast, Chicken Parmesan Eggs Benedict and a Bruschetta Skillet will now be on the brunch menu at Romano’s Macaroni Grill. Starting on August 15, 2015, the brand will be rolling out brunch during the weekends at all 141 locations. This move comes after Redrock Partners LLC purchase of the franchise chain from Ignite Restaurant Group Inc. in April, a change meant to reflect what is being seen in the marketplace.

Profits Up at Jack in the Box
Last quarter, Jack in the Box’s profits rose by 8.6 percent. Lower commodity prices helped the company’s results. System wide same-store sales ended the quarter with a 7.3 percent increase and a 5.5 percent increase in company-owned locations.

Fuddruckers Heads to Kansas
Fuddruckers has opened the brand’s first location in Kansas. The new location in Kansas City, Kan., will have an idyllic location on the axis of the Legends Outlets and the Community America Ballpark and Sporting Park which is home to Kansas City’s professional soccer team. The menu has been designed with the location in mind and features an ample amount of value meals, including the Double Stack.

Firehouse Subs introduces Mobile Ordering and Loyalty Program
In order to give their guests a more convenient way to order, Firehouse Subs has announced a rollout of the brand’s new mobile ordering app and loyalty program. The app performed well in test markets with strong sales and excellent guest feedback. The app, designed by Relevant Mobile, allows patrons to order on the go, earn loyalty points for ordering and play the in-app game Blaze Hopper.
