For aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to break into the world of franchising, Bever has some sound advice for those in the early stages.  

“Surround yourself with advisors and mentors who can help you through the discovery process,” said Bever. 

He also believes it’s important to consider your long-term goals before making your initial investment. 

“Think about your exit strategy first,” Bever suggested. “Where do you see yourself once the franchise agreement ends?”
