1851 Franchise chatted with Jami Stigliano, founder and CEO of DivaDance, about her journey in franchising, her accomplishments in the industry, and the strategies she suggests for franchisors looking to empower and support female franchisees this year.

“Franchising is truly a people business,” Stigliano told 1851 Franchise. “Whether you have a haircutting franchise concept, a child-care concept, a senior-care, a car-washing, a power-washing, whatever it is, it really is a people business. Because you don’t get into franchising if you don’t care about people — because your franchisees, as a franchisor, they’re my people.”
