Franchise Times: Emerging Eatertainment Concept 810 Billiards & Bowling Opens First Franchisee-Owned Location

In a recent article in  Franchise Times, Poonam and Ronak Manek, the first franchisees of upscale entertainment, dining and bar concept 810 Billiards & Bowlings, and the founder and CEO of the brand Mike Siniscalchi describe a mutually beneficial and deep commitment to each other’s success.

The Maneks told Franchise Times that they first became interested in franchising after selling their Chicago-area pharmacies and desiring more family time outside of work. After an exhaustive investigation of concepts from daycares to restaurants, the Maneks were won over by Siniscalchi, citing that 810 Billiards & Bowling’s startup costs and higher return on investment were what ultimately sealed the deal.

??All 810 Billiards & Bowling locations feature a full-service bar and restaurant, bowling and games —  an upscale twist on the classic bowling alley. The Maneks’ location features 12 lanes, five billiards tables, shuffleboard, darts and an arcade. After their Chandlers opening in late June, a corporate-owned location is slated to open shortly thereafter in downtown Phoenix. The Maneks are thrilled to have “corporate neighbors” and view the development as a sign of 810 Billiards & Bowling’s investment in the area.

According to the article, there are three total 810 Billiards & Bowling locations, all corporate-owned and all in South Carolina. In addition to the two in Arizona, the company is working on a corporate-owned location in Houston and franchises in Greenville, South Carolina and Fort Smith, Arkansas.
