Savvy Business Radio: 810 Billiards & Bowling Bringing a New “Eatertainment” Concept to the Marketplace

810 Billiard & Bowling’s president discusses the fresh, new concept he introduced to the franchising industry and how the brand is expanding despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a recent interview with Savvy Business Radio, Michael Siniscalchi, president of 810 Billiards & Bowling, shared the path that led him to bringing the “eatertainment” concept to the market. Founded in 2014, 810 Billiards & Bowling is a five-unit emerging franchise that established a new food and entertainment concept in the industry, which continued to prosper despite the COVID-19 pandemic. With no previous experience in the franchise industry, Siniscalchi stumbled upon an older bowling venue in Myrtle Beach and decided to bring a fresh new concept to the marketplace. The concept combines entertainment concepts, such as billiards, bowling and arcade games, with a full service restaurant and bar experience and caters to the needs of a variety of consumer demographics.

Throughout the pandemic, all three of 810 Billiard & Bowling’s corporate locations stayed profitable, and the brand has signed three new franchise agreements, bringing the concept to both Arizona and Arkansas. The brand recently signed franchise industry veteran, Rylan Miller, to open the brand’s first Greenville location as well.
