Adweek: A Giant New Billboard in London Knows What Car You Drive, and Even How You’re Feeling

There's a new billboard in Piccadilly Circus boosting highly targeted ad technology. According to a recent article in Adweek, cameras built into the screen are able to analyze vehicles as they drive by and deliver different ads based on the make and model of the car.

The billboard will also work to analyze approaching pedestrians. While this data will be used to deliver targeted messages, the company behind the screen says it will not store any data on these people.

A few of the advertisers that will use the Piccadilly Circus billboard include Coca-Cola, Hyundai, Samsung and L’Oreal.
