Not only did JAN-PRO provide Bustillos with independence and her own business but she also gained a mentor with Sophia Guido. Guido told Albuquerque Business First that her &quot;mentorship philosophy is based off the best piece of advice she&#39;s ever received and something she tries to emulate every day: be the kind of boss you would want to work for.&quot;&nbsp;

&quot;We come from the idea that we know what it&#39;s like to try to feed your kids that day,&quot; Guido told the Albuquerque Business First reporter. &quot;We saw so many people who just wanted to feed their family.&quot;
