ARC Reveals Plans for Acquisition of Tilted Kilt
ARC Group Inc. hopes to finalize the deal to acquire Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery by the end of the year.
ARC Group Inc. is planning on acquiring Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the company has announced that it has officially begun settling financial details surrounding the acquisition. At this time, the details include ARC taking on $1.8 million in debt and agreeing to pay $1.5 million in future payments. The company hopes to close the deal by the end of 2018.
“The Tilted Kilt acquisition is in line with our strategy of targeting undervalued-underperforming restaurant chains with immediate cash flow potential,” said ARC Group president Seenu G. Kasturi.
The company's portfolio also includes Dick's Wings. In the time that ARC has owned the concept, it has improved average unit volumes by nearly $300,000.
Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery is currently owned by SDA Holdings LLC.
