Chipotle Using Zenput for Food Safety Measures

Zenput is a food safety platform used by major restaurant chains.

Chipotle is going to use the food safety technology platform Zenput to help with quality control, according to a report in QSR magazine.

Zenput is used by major chains such as KFC, Jersey Mike’s and 7-Eleven, and it will be used at Chipotle’s more than 2,400 locations, according to the article. Chipotle is a corporate-owned chain.

"Our ability to deliver a consistent guest experience in all our restaurants is a direct function of how closely our employees follow our standards and processes,” Chipotle chief restaurant officer Scott Boatwright said in a statement, according to the article. “Zenput gives our field leaders clear visibility into restaurant operations and trends so they can focus their coaching efforts and improve overall accountability.”
