Dayton Daily News: Philly Pretzel Factory Opens First Location in Ohio

The fresh-baked pretzel concept makes its debut in Ohio with Centerville opening

Philly Pretzel Factory is making its debut in the state of Ohio.
 
Franchisee Ed Horan started the business venture with his wife, Julie, in hopes of opening the store on November 29th.
 
Philly Pretzel Factory's menu includes the traditional Philly style pretzel, pretzel twists, mini pretzels, rivets, pretzel dogs, and other items. Dips include mustard, melted cheese, honey mustard, chocolate, cinnamon, butter cream, marinara sauce and Philly cream sauce.
 
Horan said they do hope to possibly expand to other locations in the future. For now, they'll focus on getting their first franchise off the ground.
 
"We know what we want to do, now it's just how we're going to do it," he told the Dayton Daily News reporter.
