Dunkin’ Reveals Revamped Executive Team

Dunkin’ Brands is heading into 2019 with new leadership, promoting two executive team members and hiring one other.

Dunkin’ Brands is getting a head start on the new year by making some changes within its executive team. The parent company to Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins announced two promotions and an appointment to its leadership team, per an article in QSR Magazine.

According to the article, Tom Manchester has been promoted to Senior VP of Integrated Marketing for Dunkin’ U.S. and Jonathan Biggs has a new role as VP of Operations for Baskin-Robbins U.S. and Canada. The company also announced the hiring of Rick Gestring as VP of Operating Systems and Restaurant Experience for Dunkin’.

Manchester has spent the last 17 years of his career with Dunkin’ leading the brand's sports marketing initiatives and partnerships. In his new role, he will oversee culinary innovation, consumer insights, brand marketing and field marketing.

Biggs joins the Baskin-Robbins side of the business after 10 years on Dunkin’s operations team and will now be responsible for 2,600 Baskin-Robbins locations in North America. Gestring, meanwhile, spent the last decade with Arby’s Restaurant Group overseeing restaurant experience. In his new role, Gestring will lead, manage and support the integration of improved and enhanced restaurant level execution and guest satisfaction for Dunkin’.
