Fast Casual: CoreLife Eatery signs multi-unit deal for Ohio

With this 21-location deal, the brand will take one step closer to its goal of 300 open locations.

CoreLife Eatery will be expanding by over 20 locations. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has signed an agreement to develop across Cleveland and neighboring markets. The locations will be run by franchisee Billy Lewis, current president and CEO of Red Letter Hospitality.

"We're thrilled Red Letter Hospitality will be helping us build what we firmly believe is one of the best and most promising new brands in the country. It's obvious that Mr. Lewis and his team are committed to CoreLife Eatery and its mission. We're confident they will do a fantastic job representing and developing our brand," said Steve Corp, senior vice president of franchise development for CoreLife Eatery.

Lewis has already opened his first location in Mentor, Ohio. Moving forward, he is planning to add restaurants in Cleveland and Youngstown, Ohio, as well as Erie and State College, Pennsylvania.

The brand is currently undergoing massive growth, having just signed a large franchise agreement in Florida as well. CoreLife Eatery expects to continue at this momentum, with the goal of having 300 open locations within the next five years.
